Floyd brings over 30 years of leadership and coaching experience, including his recent role as an Executive Coach with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)—where he worked with C-suite leaders to enhance performance, strategy, and profitability. He's coached executives at Fortune 100 and 500 companies, led national sales teams, built top-producing organizations, and holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership with an Executive Coaching focus. Floyd's passion for transformation and proven success helping businesses grow make him a powerful addition to our team—and a valuable partner for Georgia entrepreneurs looking to scale and exit with confidence through strategic business transactions.

Sam Mitchell

Partner & Head of Client Relations

Sam Mitchell, a former NBA player and award-winning coach, built his reputation on leadership, strategy, and team development. Over a 17-year professional playing career—most notably with the Minnesota Timberwolves—he became known for his toughness and consistency. Transitioning to coaching, he guided the Toronto Raptors to their first division title and earned NBA Coach of the Year honors in 2007, later serving in leadership roles with the Timberwolves and University of Memphis. Beyond the court, he has worked as a respected analyst on NBA TV, TSN, and SiriusXM Radio, sharing insights drawn from decades of experience.
